Frenz Hotel is a budget hotel in Kuala Lumper that was converted from a shop/office to a 9 floor hotel. The amendment includes altering the interior to hotel rooms as well as totally modification of the building facade.This project is also to renovate a drop off zone at Frenz Hotel. New and different tiles are placed to differentiate the public road and drop off zone with a traffic island to control traffic. A small green space is included to lighten the area. Better lighting are installed and bollard are used to control the human and vehicle circulation..
