CHD 438 is a 5 storey contemporary style building that sits on a steep inclined hillside. The varying projections of ceilings from different levels form terraces and potruding roofs, creating specific exterior spaces. Large windows are placed on the facade of the building to interact with the exterior with  potruding roofs preventing an over-exposure of sunlight
