CHD 481 bungalow is a 4-storey bungalow  design to be on a terrain that gently slow downwards from the public road. The building features slabs that extrude beyond the walls, doors and windows that creates the main structure  of the bungalow. The varying projections of the slab creates balcony and terraces that is used to accomadate outdoor activities as well as making up the overhanging roof that help shades the building. Area exposed to higher intensity sunlight are shaded by walls that connects the overhanging slab or fixed louvers.
