Tan Residence is a 3-storey contemporary style building. The playful shape and materials make this into a contemporary art-inspired facade. The design of the house features playful use of lines, louvers, glass and open-layout with courtyard space that allows sunlight to filter into living spaces with potruding roofs and pitched roof to prevent over-exposure of sunlight.
